Registration Fees
Registrations are now available!
Registration Fee Includes: Workshop attendance, lunches, coffee breaks and welcome reception.
Registrations before April 25:

Note: To take advantage of the early bird rates, payments have to be received by 25th April 2011 inclusive

A limited number of grants will be attributed by ORFEUS to support the costs of attendance. Applications should be sent by email to Dr Torild vanEck (torild.van.eck@knmi.nl), with a motivation letter.
Payment
- Payment will be made by bank transfer or by check;
- Payment by credit card is not possible;
- All bank expenses must be paid for by participant;
- The bank transfer receipt must be sent to secretariatORFEUS@cplevents.pt;
- Registration is ONLY valid after payment;
- Payment MUST be received until 7 days after registration.

Cancellations
Substitutions can be accepted at any time, but please advise the Workshop Secretariat of a change of name. Provided written notice is received by 2nd May 2011 inclusive, a full refund will be given less a 25 € administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 9th May 2011 inclusive, a 50% refund will be given. After this date, refunds will not be made.
